Refund Policy

We deliver projects on-time (or) We Refund Your Amount

In case, the work is delayed for more than 30 days because of the delay from our end. The client has the right to claim for the refund as per our refund policy. In our capacity, the refund will be made in good will and it shall be 100% (not including any payments made to third parties like domain registration, theme purchase, facebook ads, google ads etc..)

However, if the work is delayed because of the client. Then the client shall pay the pending amount at the end of speculated timelines i.e maximum of 30 days in this case. We shall be always available to complete the assigned tasks related to scope of work and complete them in future. In case, the client wishes to end the product midway, the charges related to the work accomplished as on date of cancellation shall be charged. And the balance amount shall be refunded.

Any notices related to refund shall be written and sent on email “info @ drwebs.in”. No such notice shall be accepted which is given orally on call or through whatsapp or sms. The client is required to attach the same mobile or upi number used for upi transactions. And the same bank details which are used for the transfer of payment. The payment shall not be refunded to other accounts as per legal terms. The refund shall be made within 15 days from the date of notice. Any notice received after working hours i.e 6.30 pm shall be considered as on the next consecutive date.
