The client shall provide all necessary communication related to data of the website on email in the form of images, docs, excel sheets or pdf. This helps us to have clear communication and execute tasks with ease.

We request you to avoid sharing suggestions or changes on phone calls. The best way of making a suggestion or changes on a website is to write in email or through whatsapp. So that the work process is recorded and easily addressed and replied.

b) Additional Charges:

While we do our best to include all the services inclusive in the charges quoted. Any new demands made by clients during the process of work and not included in the document of “Scope of Work” shall be charged extra. However, we do not charge for the minor changes and the charge is applicable only on the works which need a considerable amount of design or development work.

c) Hold harmless:

In no event will we be liable for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the websites and services we provide.

We understand the importance of your website being live and have error free functionality. Hence, in case of following emergency situations, we are available from
morning 6.00 AM to 12.00 AM including Saturday and Sunday. Below are the conditions for emergency:

2. Functionality error on search, product orders or payment gateway
3. Error on Whatsapp Chat or live chat.
4. SSL Error
5. Email Troubleshooting
